I have cut out a lot of trading cards sized 2.5″ x 3.5″ from colourful card stock paper.
This is my first attempt coloring on an Artist wood panel and also making a YouTube video with Adobe After Effects. It’s an 8″ x 10″ panel and has a smooth surface. I used Prismacolor Premier 36 pack and Prismacolor Scholar 60 pack. It took me around 7 hours to complete. It looks way better in real life, but I enjoy drawing and definetly shading!
In the past couple of weeks, I got so into watching Art Journaling videos on YouTube and learning what materials to use and how to go about it. I also used Pinterest for inpiration. I didn’t know what to do with all colourful craft paper I had, and it was my way to get back into drawing because I love sketching and being creative. Yet, the idea to make beautiful creative pages with scrapbook paper, Acrylics, stamps, etc was amazing to me. I never did it, and I was about to attempt it. After some trial and error in another journal book, I bought a proper Mixed Media journaling book: Strathmore 5.5″x8.5″.
