I don’t repeatedly do things every day. So I am learning to write in my planner, and add stickers. I wanted to record my daily eating just because I want to and I couldn’t find a template online for an insert I can use. So I spent 10 minutes of my time and created one with MS Word and saved it as PDF. I cut down the page to 8.5-inch x 8.5-inch, and I made a cover page with my stock thick papers at 9-inch x 9-inch and used staples to bind it together. The template you can download for FREE above.
